what it is

Soho Malaga

Soho Málaga – Barrio de las Artes is an initiative born of the citizens themselves to rehabilitate the area between the south of the Alameda and the Muelle de Heredia. This old bourgeois residential area, located in a privileged enclave of the city, with the passage of time has been presenting disturbing signs of urban and commercial degradation, for which it has opted to create a Cultural District that, under the internationally known brand of ‘Soho’, invigorates the environment and offers both the local population and visitors a modern and differentiated offer of leisure, culture, commerce and business.

This proposal has been decidedly accepted by the City Council of Malaga, which has set up work teams for its development in different Municipal Areas.
